DELIVERY WITHIN MAINLAND UK

All orders will be despatched via a recorded delivery service, same day usually or latest within 48 hours, unless otherwise agreed with the customer. This date is calculated from the receipt of order from authorised accounts or from the receipt of full payment from non-account customers. Our prices exclude delivery charges and VAT.

DELIVERY CHARGES WITHIN MAINLAND UK

Standard parcel carriage £6.95 + VAT

Standard pallet carriage £45.00 + VAT

DELIVERY OUTSIDE MAINLAND UK

Delivery arrangements and charges will be agreed with the customer before despatch of goods.

COLLECTION

Dan Packaging (Get Me Packaging) do not have a trade counter, we deliver your order to your door throughout the UK. It is not possible for you to collect your order directly from our warehouse or suppliers. We aim to make all our deliveries within 1-5 working days, if items are not in stock with ourselves or from within our buying group and delivery times are expected to be longer than 14 days then a full refund will be offered

RETURN OF WEB SITE PURCHASES

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with a purchase made through our web site, you may return it in its original unused condition within 30 days for a full refund. If the returned item is found to be damaged or requires re-boxing then a rectification/re-boxing charge will be deducted from any refund. Please notify sales before returning the item. There will be a re-stock charge of 15% on items that are not faulty including substitute items supplied with your consent. No returns will be accepted unless a returns notice has been issued by us.

DAMAGED OR ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT

If you take delivery of a package and you find that the contents have been damaged in transit or is short delivered, you must notify sales within 2 working days of receipt. Return damaged item(s) to us within 15 calendar days for a refund or exchange. Please notify sales of the damage before returning the item. Notification of non-delivery is required within 14 days of invoice date. No returns will be accepted unless a returns notice has been issued by us.

RETURN OF ITEMS FOUND TO BE FAULTY

If an item is found to be faulty, either on receipt or within its warranty period, you may return it for rectification (or, at our discretion, replacement). Please notify sales before returning the item.

WARRANTY

All products have a 12 month warranty against faulty manufacture unless otherwise stated on the product information.
